Job Description
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate internal and external communications with partners, vendors, and clients
- Assist with travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination when required
- Support basic accounting, invoicing, and expense tracking (if applicable)
- Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support business operations
- Assist with simple content editing (Canva & CapCut)
Job Requirements
- Preferably Female
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in Mandarin & English
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and discreet
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Basic skills in Canva and CapCut
