This role is about building: you will create scroll-stopping content and hands-on retail touchpoints that grow our audience and sales. You will help design campaigns, run short videos for social platforms, and keep our shop floor welcoming and well-stocked.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Content & Social

• Plan and produce short-form videos and photo content for Instagram and TikTok using basic editing tools like CapCut and Canva.
• Write clear, friendly captions and schedule posts to maintain consistent brand voice and posting rhythm.
• Monitor comments and direct messages, route customer questions to the right person, and track engagement metrics weekly.
• Assist with simple campaign execution, including product tagging, story highlights, and influencer sample sends.

Retail Operations

• Support daily store opening and closing routines, including cash handling and POS reconciliation.
• Manage visual merchandising and restock shelves to keep displays neat and on-brand.
• Perform inventory counts and update stock records for online and in-store listings.
• Coordinate local deliveries and packing for e-commerce orders when required.

Sales & Customer Experience

• Welcome customers, share product features, and help close sales with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Handle returns and exchanges politely, keeping records accurate and communicating follow-ups to the team.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest small improvements to product presentation or online listings.
• Help achieve modest daily sales goals and support pop-up or event setups when needed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or 0 years of formal experience; enthusiasm for fashion retail and social media is essential.
• Basic familiarity with Instagram and TikTok use for brands, either through personal or school projects.
• Comfort working in a small retail setting and performing both front-of-house and back-of-house tasks.
• Flexible schedule to include weekends, public holidays and event days.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Hands-on experience or willingness to learn content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, and mobile video editing.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee or simple Shopify workflows is a plus.
• Basic cash handling and POS operation experience, or willingness to be trained.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking and simple spreadsheet updates for stock control.

• Friendly communicator who enjoys meeting customers and answering product questions clearly.
• Organised and reliable, able to keep displays tidy and follow daily checklists.
