Responsibilities

• Social Media Visuals:
• Create high-quality static visuals (images, graphics, etc.) specifically for various social media platforms.
• Tailor designs to fit the specific platform's content size and style guidelines.
• Motion Graphics:
• Conceptualize, design, and edit short engaging motion graphics videos for social media.
• Possess a strong understanding of motion design principles and software.
• Meeting Deadlines:
• Deliver projects on time and within budget, adhering to agreed-upon deadlines.
• Work effectively to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding Briefs:
• Meticulously analyze and comprehend design briefs before commencing production.
• Proactively clarify any ambiguities to ensure final designs align perfectly with client or project goals.
• Independent Work:
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines consistently.
• Creative Approach:
• Possess a strong sense of creativity and the ability to generate innovative design solutions.
• Think outside the box to develop fresh and engaging concepts that capture attention.

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• Software Proficiency:
• Adept in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• Familiarity with additional design software a plus.
• Hardware:
• Own and maintain a reliable laptop or PC suitable for graphic design work.
• Motion Graphics Expertise:
• Proven ability to create compelling motion graphics using industry-standard software.
• Traditional Art Skills (Plus):
• Experience and proficiency in hand-drawn illustration is a valuable asset.
• Agency Experience (Preferred):
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced agency environment is preferred.
• Social Media Savvy:
• Possess a keen understanding of current social media trends and visual styles.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and adapt them for social media.
• AI Prompts:
• Experience and ability to effectively utilize prompts and tools powered by Artificial Intelligence.
• Portfolio:
• Submission of a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and social media design experience is mandatory.
