Project Lead

We are looking for a talented Project Lead to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for a handful of clients to help improve their ROI from digital.

As a Project Lead, you should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Digital Leadership:
  • Account Level Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and implement digital strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable ROI.
    • Continuously re-evaluate and optimise strategies based on data insights, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Lead strategic discussions with clients, challenging conventional thinking with innovative digital solutions.

  • Account Level Insights:
    • Regularly review and analyse competitors’ digital campaigns and identify opportunities for differentiation.
    • Drive A/B testing strategies, including hypothesis generation and result interpretation, to enhance campaign performance. 
    • Provide data-driven recommendations for creative and content direction.

  • Account Direction and Client Goals:
    • Translate client goals into actionable digital strategies and oversee their execution.
    • Lead quarterly business reviews, presenting strategic insights, campaign performance, and future opportunities.

2. Client Consultation & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic consulting.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on digital best practices and new growth opportunities.
  • Address client queries promptly with a strategic perspective and data-backed recommendations.
  • Educate clients on digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to elevate their digital maturity.

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Project Management:
    • Manage end-to-end project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly.
    • Collaborate closely with Digital Advertising Specialists, Designer, and Content Specialists to bring strategic vision to life.

  • Team Guidance:
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, fostering a proactive and strategic mindset.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver cohesive and high-impact digital campaigns.

  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure the highest quality standards for all outgoing work, including strategic direction, creative assets, and performance reports.


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a digital marketing manager, strategist, or client success lead. 
  • Strong expertise in digital strategy, SEO and media buying.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta advertising platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital analytics tools, A/B testing methodologies, and competitive analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated digital campaigns that drive ROI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach to client interactions.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a knack for guiding and inspiring teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
