<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
As a Senior Performance Marketer, you will play a key role in driving results for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
<ul>
<li>Designing and implementing media plans for ads on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn</li>
<li>Forecasting potential KPIs for campaigns</li>
<li>Directly managing digital ads—from setup to ongoing optimization</li>
<li>Analyzing campaign success and recommending next steps</li>
<li>Suggesting, designing, and implementing digital advertising strategies to maximize customer ROI</li>
<li>Taking full ownership of accounts and committing to performance outcomes</li>
<li>Reporting on digital performance metrics</li>
<li>Building strong, long-term client relationships with the team and the client, and maintaining frequent communication</li>
<li>Clearly and professionally communicating with clients and the internal team on account management</li>
<li>Addressing client queries promptly and effectively</li>
</ul>
