Job Description
- Create social media content strategies and monthly plans for brands across various verticals
- Craft and publishing highly engaging posts across social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok & Xiaohongshu
- Assess and enhance social media content (language, messaging, tone) based on its effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics (e.g. post engagement, conversion rates & shares)
- Work closely with internal teams specifically content writers, designers, and performance marketers
- Regularly communicate with clients, offering them strategic recommendations
- Generate creative ideas for pitches, brainstorming sessions, and proposals
- Research competitors, industry trends, and target audiences while staying informed about the latest trends and best practices
- Manage/coordinate KOL campaigns
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the social media marketing field
- Passionate, creative and driven
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Has a good command of the English & Chinese language
- Good writing and communication abilities
