We provide end-to-end services including Solar PV installations, high-voltage electrical works, EV charging stations, smart automation, CCTV & security systems, and comprehensive electrical maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Puchong and help drive business growth through proactive lead generation and sales conversion.

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will focus on generating and converting qualified leads for our key services: Solar installations and High Voltage B2B site installations. You will work primarily from the office, engaging with potential customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and qualify leads for Solar PV systems and High Voltage electrical installations (B2B focus).
  • Conduct outbound calls, follow up on inbound inquiries, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Understand customer energy needs and present suitable solutions (solar, high voltage electrical works, etc.).
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for closing sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to arrange site surveys and project discussions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, incentives (e.g., solar-related rebates), and competitor offerings.


Job Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant sales experience (mid-level). Experience in solar energy, electrical products, or B2B technical sales is highly preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong results-driven mindset.
  • Basic technical understanding of solar systems or electrical installations is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM tools.
  • Based in or willing to work from Puchong.
