<p>The primary focus of the Resident Engineer is to provide technical support, able to deliver “best-practices” and performing technical operation to selected customers. The candidate should display an understanding of technology infrastructures using network security, Endpoint security or threat monitoring / scanning tools.</p>
<p>Job Description:</p>
<ul>
<li>Multi-tasking skill with a keen eye for detail who are well organized and thrive in fast-paced, high-stress scenarios.</li>
<li>Review service request and handle daily technical operation (Endpoint security) support to customers within given SLA.</li>
<li>Provide system maintenance and test patches/fixes to ensure they are implemented and functioning correctly.</li>
<li>Analyse customer’s endpoint configurations.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates on work-in-progress and current issues.</li>
<li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report(s).</li>
<li>Coordinate and work with third-party vendors where applicable.</li>
<li>Candidate will be based at client's site.</li>
</ul>
