Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of marketing and event management.
- Collaborate with departments to develop and execute events on time.
- Manage event production, client communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop promotion strategies and marketing materials.
- Direct projects with attention to detail, budgeting and cost control for successful outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must be a Malaysian.
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Event Managements, Marketing or any other related field.
- Good knowledge and skill in Ms office, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
- Minimum of 5 years and 1 year of experience(s) in event management with a proven track record of executing events for senior and junior position respectively. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and independently.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, enthusiasm, good time management and fast learner.
- Pleasant personality and able to work as team player.
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
- Possess own four-wheeled vehicle.
