🔹 Sales & Advisory Execution

  • Manage the end-to-end advisory process across life insurance, general insurance, investments, and estate planning.
  • Engage and convert leads from multiple sources:
    • Company Database (re-engagement & retention)
    • Corporate Joint Venture Leads 
    • Digital platform and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking via CRM tools.

🔹 Revenue Accountability & KPIs

  • Achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Develop a commercial mindset, understanding client needs and aligning them with business solutions.

🔹 Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Execute client review campaigns and create personalized value engagements
  • Grow trust through consistent service, follow-up, and insights

🔹 Business & Market Development

  • Begin groundwork for business development exposure:
    • Participate in school or SME outreach campaigns
    • Explore corporate sales strategy, JV management, and brand expansion
  • Stay informed on market trends, client behaviors, and industry tools
  • Support initiatives to improve internal operations and client experience


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Educational Background:
    Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field;
  • Licensing Requirements:
    Insurance: PCE–Part A&C (Life Insurance); Basic Certificate (BC) (General Insurance)
    Investment: FIMM UTC, FIMM IPCC, FIMM PRS, FIMM MR License
    Financial Planning: RFP or CFP 

Technical Skills:
Familiar with tools such as GoogleSuite, Canva & CRM platforms;
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking—able to break down sales performance data or market trends into actionable insights.
