Job Description

•  Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs, the full recruitment process, and overall team objectives.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information.
  • Support onboarding activities, including new hire orientation and related administrative tasks.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies, workflows, and hiring plans.

Job Requirements

•  Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of initiative, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficient in productivity tools such as Lark, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
