Job Description

  • Handle foreign worker permit application & renewal, CIDB green card and other foreign worker management matters.
  • Liaison with relevant authorities such as Immigration, Embassy pertaining to foreign workers matters and ensure the company is in compliance with all the rules and regulations.
  • Observe HR related issues and root cause, report to the head and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Responsible for the HR activities such as recruitment, leave management, employee relations and other HR administration function.
  • Handle tax clearance matters for employee leaving company
  • Provide admin support and any ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • To coordinate of training activities, registrations and updating of training records.
  • Prepare memo, handle on HR matters and ad-hoc activities related
  • Day-to-day HR operation & ad-hoc task given by Superior.

Job Requirements

  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Able to speak and write English/ Bahasa Malaysia fluently.
  • 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the relevant field is required for this position.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Knowledge of IR & Employment Act is a must.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated, team work& able to multitask horizontally
  • Meticulous and well-organized individual
  • Keeping all HR information as top confidential
