Job Description

  • Supervise and inspect daily work of the contractors and subcontractors to ensure completion of works as schedules and in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide assistant to any site problems and propose mitigation solution that may arise from time to time.
  • To amend drawing time to time as required
  • Conduct periodic checks on works and liaise frequently with subcontractors and consultants to ensure construction works completed within planned schedule and budgets in accordance with standards, legal requirement, and project-specific procedures.
  • Record and monitor all matters pertaining to construction activities and progress of work.
  • Maintain responsibility for progress and productivity, identifying any required corrective action.
  • Ensure all materials delivered to site are as per approved specification.
  • Coordinate and discuss with all relevant parties, internal and external, on-site matter in order to ensure that the project delivered as per scheduled.
  • Act as project representative for the Company during meetings with client and relevant agencies such as certitying authorities, auditors, government agency, third parties, etc.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, recommendations, analysis, etc to management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in site supervision preferably with property developer and/or contractor required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Architecture) or equivalent.
  • Required Skills): Auto-CAD, Microsoft Office, Proficient in using computer/laptop
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Architect/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Willing to travel/relocate
  • Working : 6 days a week
  • Must have good understanding building regulation, construction technique and project implementation process.
  • Good time management and teamwork skill.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, meticulous and confident.
  • Organized, disciplined, highly motivated, proactive and a team player. • Contract position and renewable basis based on project need.
