Job Description
- 负责中文电商平台（淘宝、京东、拼多多、抖音等）平台店铺日常内容运营，包括产品标题/详情页优化（突出马来西亚椰子油天然、纯正等核心卖点）、价格调控、活动文案等处理。
- 以中文对接国内及海外中文客户，及时响应咨询、解答产品疑问、处理售后异议，维护客户关系，提升复购率与客户满意度。
Job Requirements
- 语言能力：中文（普通话）听说读写流利，可熟练用中文开展客户沟通、文案撰写工作；马来语、英语流利者优先。
- 技能要求：熟练操作主流中文电商平台后台，具备基础数据分析能力，能独立完成
