Responsibilities:
- Participate in HR strategic Projects
- Manage Personnel Administration and HR Systems in line with statutory and internal requirements
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures
- The HR Intern provides quality HR compliance and administrative support to the designated GBS HR team
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required skill(s):Communication Skill, Organizational Skills, Team Player
- Required language(s): English.
- Minimum duration of 6 month(s).
