Broadnote Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Customer Service Officer to join our dynamicteam in Damansara Utama, Selangor. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play acrucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customersatisfaction. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills inthe customer service industry.

What You'll Be Doing

  •  Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer needs via phone andemail communication channels.
  •  Manage and respond to customer feedback promptly and ensure proper tracking.
  •  Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.
  •  Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  •  Minimum qualification: SPM.
  •  At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
  •  Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, as the positionnecessitates engagement with clients who speak Mandarin.
  •  Good follow-up discipline.
  •  Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  •  Comfortable handling customer support via email and phone, with the ability tomanage multiple cases simultaneously.
