Join us as a Performance Marketing Specialist and work across paid media, campaign strategy, creative testing, and client management to help brands grow.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and revenue to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Develop testing strategies across creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures.
• Analyse campaign data and turn insights into clear recommendations and next steps.
• Work closely with creative and strategy teams to develop performance-driven ad concepts and content.
• Manage day-to-day client communication, providing updates, insights, recommendations, and addressing campaign concerns.
• Take ownership of your accounts - spot issues early, troubleshoot, and keep campaigns moving.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Paid Media, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads is a must; TikTok Ads / Google Ads.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and using data to make decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
• Agency experience is a plus.
