Job Description

Bryn Coffee is scheduled to begin operations in June 2026. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant customer experience. This role also supports daily outlet operations, maintains cleanliness, and ensures company standards are followed. 

Job Requirements

•  Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and serving standards at all times.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, recommend menu items, handle cashier duties, process payments, and provide friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, coffee machines, equipment, dining area, tables, and workstations while following hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
• Assist with stock arrangement, ingredient preparation, stock receiving, inventory checking, expiry date monitoring, and ensure sufficient supplies for daily operations.
• Support opening and closing duties, daily preparation, teamwork with kitchen and service staff, and ensure smooth outlet operations throughout the shift.
