Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Executive to handle daily accounting operations and support the company’s financial management. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, structure, and a stable working environment.
- Handle daily accounting tasks and data entry
- Manage invoices, payments, and collections
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports
- Liaise with internal teams on finance-related matters
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Relevant working experience is preferred
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
