This is an exciting opportunity to join BTL Industries Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. as a Business Consultant - Medical - Physiotherapy. We’re looking for a driven and passionate candidate to champion our innovative medical solutions and bring value to healthcare professionals across Malaysia.

We seek a results-oriented individual with a degree in Medical Science, Physiotherapy, or Healthcare, a minimum of 3 years of proven sales success, and a passion for building strong client relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible in increasing sales revenue , working on assigned targets to support the company's medical and physiotherapy-focused business initiatives. With a focus on leveraging innovative robotic technologies, you will play a key role in driving growth and success in this dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving sales and exceeding targets in a competitive, rewarding environment.
• Developing meaningful relationships with new and existing clients.
• Representing innovative medical products, providing training, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Provide expert business and strategic advisory services to the medical and physiotherapy divisions of the company
• Leverage your deep understanding of the physiotherapy and rehabilitation industry to identify new business opportunities and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that integrate cutting-edge robotic technologies into physiotherapy and rehabilitation services
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy and decision-making
• Contribute to the development of new products, services, and go-to-market approaches that drive growth and enhance the company's competitive position
• Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and internal teams, to build relationships and ensure successful project delivery

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience (3 years) in sales within the medical, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation industry
• Deep knowledge of the physiotherapy and rehabilitation sector, including an understanding of the latest technological advancements and industry trends
• Demonstrated success in identifying and capitalising on business opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and driving growth
• Proven ability to translate complex technical and medical information into actionable business insights and recommendations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with diverse stakeholders. 
•  Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Valid driving license and able to travel
