Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly project KPI through effective lead conversion and project closing 
• Follow up with incoming leads and maintain strong client communication throughout the sales process 
• Arrange and conduct meetings with clients to understand project brief, requirements, and design direction 
• Develop interior design concepts and proposals aligned with client needs and company standards 
• Collaborate closely with the project and technical team to ensure design feasibility and execution quality 
• Manage client expectations, feedback, and approvals throughout the design and project lifecycle 
• Ensure smooth communication between clients, designers, and project execution teams 
• Review project progress to ensure alignment with approved design and client satisfaction

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Mass Communication, or related field 
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, interior design, or related industry (fresh graduates with strong passion and drive are welcome) 
• Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with clients and building strong relationships 
• Highly driven, results-oriented, and motivated to achieve sales and project targets 
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks with minimal supervision 
• Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, D5 Render, Enscape, and 3ds Max (V-Ray) 
• Experience in interior design, construction, renovation, or building materials is a strong advantage 
• Must have own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley for client meetings and site visits
