Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat and email, occasionally with outbound calls.
• Obtain strong product knowledge in order to resolve customer’s queries effectively.
• Go the extra miles to understand customers' pain points and try to resolve in a timely manner.
• Maintain good relationships with our customers and ensure their business success by using our products.
• Manage and escalate bug reports and feature requests to the product team.
• Work closely with the product and development team in resolving customer’s technical issues.

Job Requirements

• Basic accounting knowledge required (Diploma / degree or professional certificates in accounting or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting and/or customer servicing role. (Fresh graduates with great potential are welcomed)
• Junior to mid-level positions available.
• Attentive and empathetic to customers' challenges and pain points.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language with another added language, either Chinese language or Malay language.
• Tech savvy & high attention to detail.
• Possess excellent self-motivation and self-discipline.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
