Job Description

Bukku is a well-funded and fast growing software company running the most-loved cloud accounting software currently being used by more than 20k SMEs in the country.

We're looking for the right candidate to help take our customers’ satisfaction to the next level, we want you to be part of the success story in building the best accounting software in Southeast Asia!

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat and email, occasionally with outbound calls.
  • Obtain strong product knowledge in order to resolve customer’s queries effectively.
  • Go the extra miles to understand customer’s pain points and try to resolve in a timely manner.
  • Maintain good relationships with our customers and ensure their business success by using our products.
  • Manage and escalate bug reports and feature requests to the product team.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering team in resolving customer’s technical issues.


Job Requirements

  • Basic accounting knowledge highly desired (Diploma / degree or professional certificates in accounting / business / banking or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or customer servicing role. (Fresh graduates with great potential are welcomed)
  • Attentive and empathetic to customer’s challenges and pain points.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language with another added language, either Malay or Chinese language.
  • Tech savvy & high attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent self-motivation and self-discipline.
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
