Job Description

 

Business Intelligence - Sales  & Account Executive

We are currently hire an experienced Sales & Account Executive, with a sound understanding of the Data Management, Business Intelligence and Analytics industry.

The role:

  1. Develop new business prospects and existing customers across Malaysia to increase sales pipeline and revenue.
  2. Work strategically with BDM's and Pre-Sales teams to manage the sales life-cycle across licenses and services.
  3. Work to agreed quarterly sales quota.
  4. Large sales focus on FSI and local government accounts.
  5. Effective networking across new business, road-shows and events to generate new business.
  6. Help to increase the company brand and presence in the Sydney market place.
  7. High level stakeholder management within key accounts, understanding requirement pipelines.
  8. Effective questioning of customers to discover existing pain points.
  9. On-going support and customer service to customers on current contractual agreements.

Required skills and experience:

  1. Strong understanding of the Business Intelligence, Data or Analytics industry.
  2. Extensive understanding of Senior Account Management responsibilities.
  3. Previous experience managing large, government accounts, selling IT software and services.
  4. Excellent customer service capabilities, ability to build strong professional relationships with C-suite.
  5. Proactive approach to winning new business, ability to present at road-shows, effective networking, strong social media branding etc.
  6. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  7. Ability to understand complex sales cycles, within large private and public organisations.
  8. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills and strategic sales mind-set.
  9. Excellent communication skills are paramount.
