Job Description

• Gather and evaluate user or business requirements in collaboration with product team, marketing, developers, and other stakeholders
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets, etc
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Works closely with Frontend team for interactions & micro-interactions of a website and ensure that UI & layout is following the mock-ups
• Review website and app products to assure that user flow is followed and UI elements are correctly implemented
• Collaborating effectively with product, developers, and other stakeholders
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of Figma is a must
• Knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• Knowledge in HTML & CSS is a plus
