Job Description

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and digital advertisements.
• Handle the complete video production process, including video editing, audio synchronization, transitions, subtitles, and basic color correction.
• Create short-form promotional videos, motion-based advertisements, and social media content.
• Prepare and optimize animation assets for web and mobile platforms.
• Work with animation file formats such as Lottie (.json), SVG animations, GIFs, MP4, and other digital assets.
• Convert, optimize, and export animation assets into appropriate formats when required.
• Collaborate closely with Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure creative consistency.
• Ensure all video and animation assets meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.
• Organize project files and maintain proper asset management.
• Stay updated with current video editing trends, animation workflows, and emerging creative tools.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Video Production, Digital Media, Animation, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in video editing or multimedia production
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for handling motion graphics and animation assets
• Familiar with animation file formats such as:
• Lottie (.json)
• SVG Animation
• GIF
• MP4
• WebM
• Understanding of animation optimization for websites and mobile applications
• Able to work independently from concept to final video delivery
• Good understanding of pacing, timing, typography, transitions, and storytelling
• Basic knowledge of audio editing and color correction
• Strong attention to detail and good file organization skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience using tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop
• Knowledge of Lottie animation workflow and exporting animation assets
• Familiarity with Bodymovin, Rive, or similar animation technologies is an advantage
• Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital advertising
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end animation implementation is a plus
