Job Summary

Join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in local and international recruitment across different markets and functions. You will be involved in candidate sourcing, engagement, talent research, and recruitment projects, with opportunities to develop practical skills in Talent Acquisition and broader HR functions. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

1. Support recruitment for Malaysia and overseas markets
2. Source, screen, and engage candidates through various recruitment channels
3. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams
4. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Talent Research & Employer Branding
5. Research talent markets and identify new sourcing channels
6. Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and career activities
7. Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other external recruitment events

HR Projects & Operations
8. Support HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and HR-related activities
9. Assist with HR operations and administrative tasks when required

Job Requirements

Must Have

1. Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Data Analyst, or related fields
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn
4. Comfortable engaging with new people and attending external events
5. Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively with minimal supervision
6. Fluent in both English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) to work closely with China-based stakeholders

Good to Have

1. Interest in recruitment, talent sourcing, or employer branding
2. Experience in event participation, student activities, curriculum, or networking
