Key Responsibilities:

1. Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups
2. Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
3. Assist in building and maintaining a healthy talent pipeline
4. Participate in external events (e.g. job fairs, career events, networking sessions) to identify and connect with potential candidates
5. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
6. Support employer branding and other HR-related initiatives when required
   

Job Requirements

Must Have:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn
4. Comfortable engaging with new people and attending external events
5. Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively
6. Fluent in both English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) to work closely with China-based stakeholders
7. Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Good to Have:

1. Interest in recruitment, talent sourcing, or employer branding
2. Experience in event participation, student activities, curriculum, or networking
