This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world data centre and enterprise IT infrastructure, with opportunities to learn network, server, Linux, and equipment deployment through actual projects. Training and guidance will be provided, and work-related transportation expenses will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities

1. Data Centre Equipment Deployment and Delivery: Responsible for rack mounting, hardware installation, cabling, debugging, system initialization, and on-site delivery of Mac hosts, office equipment, and client terminal devices.
2. Network Equipment Operations and Maintenance: Responsible for basic configuration of H3C and Ruijie switches, firewalls, and wireless devices, including VLAN segmentation, policy configuration and debugging, daily monitoring, and troubleshooting; participate in the deployment and acceptance of core network equipment in the data centre.
3. Server Operations and Maintenance: Assist with Linux system installation, optimization, security hardening, and daily maintenance; conduct server hardware inspections, status monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
4. Company and Project Operations: Cooperate with the team to complete company onboarding and offboarding account management, on-site debugging, and acceptance work; organize deployment documents, operation and maintenance records, and various technical materials.

Job Requirements

1. Current student intern majoring in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Security, Software Engineering, or other related fields.
2. Familiar with basic configuration of network equipment; candidates with knowledge of the basic principles of switches, firewalls, and wireless networks are preferred.
3. Familiar with basic Linux commands and daily operations and maintenance; knowledge of server hardware structure and basic maintenance is preferred.
4. Candidates holding network-related certifications such as HCIA/HCIP or CCNA/CCNP are preferred.
5. Able to accept on-site work in the data centre and travel to different work sites when required, including equipment rack mounting, debugging, deployment, and other related tasks.
6. Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with Chinese required for communication with China stakeholders.
