As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will support the development and implementation of strategic market expansion plans, assist in identifying new business relationships and opportunities, and contribute to driving business growth in areas such as software R&D outsourcing, technical support, and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in researching and identifying potential markets and clients in the software and IT services sector.
2. Support the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
4. Collaborate with the team to execute strategies for business growth.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, software development, testing, and engineering solutions.

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Candidates who studied abroad (e.g., US or UK) with exposure to MBA or IT-related majors are encouraged to apply.

Interest in Technology:

• Basic understanding or keen interest in cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
• Awareness of emerging trends in AI, AIGC, and LLM applications is an advantage but not required.

Market Awareness:

• Enthusiasm for learning about the IT, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence industries.
• Eager to develop the ability to identify market opportunities.

Communication Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus for engaging with diverse clients and writing reports.

Teamwork & Coordination:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks in a dynamic environment.
