Job Description

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Conduct functional, regression, localization, UI/UX, payment flow, and performance testing on both web and mobile applications.
• Perform usability and cultural adaptation testing, ensuring accurate language, date/time, currency formats, and overall native user experience.
• Identify, document, and track issues using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA), and work closely with R&D and product teams to verify fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions (including the US and China) for requirement clarification and issue resolution.
• Provide clear, data-driven feedback and improvement suggestions to product teams.
• Continuously refine QA processes and methodologies, contributing to higher efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support release management to ensure successful deployment of high-quality applications.

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in manual software testing (web and mobile), preferably in e-commerce or consumer-facing products.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Solid knowledge of QA methodology, SDLC, agile practices, and test management tools.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., Diggo, Lazer) and localization tools (e.g., Starling key, Anydoor, i18nspect) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Good communication skills in English (reading and writing). Chinese/Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Awareness of local culture and sensitivity to user experience differences.
