Job Description

1. Collaborate with HRBP Lead and business department head to understand staffing needs across various regions (i.e., APAC, EMEA, AMER).  
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.   
3. Utilize professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek and other platform to identify and connect with potential candidates.   
4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.   
5. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural f it, and overall suitability for the organization.   
6. Maintain a comprehensive candidate database and track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.   
7. Ensure compliance with relevant global recruitment laws and regulations.   

Job Requirements

1. At least 2 years of relevant work experience, including proven experience as a recruiter in the IT industry.  
2. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Admin, or a related field.   
3. Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.  
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  
5. Open and enthusiastic about engaging in recruitment projects across diverse geographic regions, including APAC, EMEA, and AMER, with the ability to manage hiring processes and adapt to various regional requirements.
