Job Description

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Support event preparation, including checklists, schedules, participant lists, and other event documents.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, exhibitors, and participants when required.
• Assist with event setup, registration, on-site coordination, and post-event activities.
• Support general administrative tasks related to event operations.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Good communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willing to assist with on-site events and flexible with working hours when required.
