Responsibilities:

• Assist in media monitoring for relevant and competing exhibitions
• Assist in updating and maintaining digital and social media presence:
• Including scheduling Facebook updates
• Assist in planning and managing EDMs or eNewsletters
• Assist in updating and maintaining visitor database:
• Including preparation and sourcing of customer database
• Compilation and information sorting with data entry
• Assist with supporting side events in the exhibitions:
• Including brainstorming sessions for the activities onsite
• Communication with external parties to collate relevant information
• Preparation of agendas and meeting minutes
• Collaborate with the working team on new ideas, directions and materials for marketing communications and media preview events

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Completing or working towards a college degree preferably in the related fields of Marketing, Communications or Public Relations.
• Effective communicator with good grasp of the English language both written and oral with Chinese preferable.
• Firm grasp of available tools and platforms in the social media space.
• Computer and social media literate with basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to multi-task.
• Able to undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
