Job Description

Responsibilities: -

• To assist the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring project plans, project schedules and budgets
• To coordinate with all team members to keep workflow on track
• To prepare and manage project related paperwork
• To liaise with various partners involved in the project
• To ensure the development and updating of content for social media
• To complete the necessary purchase requisition and documentation for payment processing
• To prepare reports as and when required
• To carry out miscellaneous tasks to support the Project Manager

Job Requirements

Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Administration/Management/Marketing or other related field
• Strong communication skills, spoken and verbally in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Knowledge in Chinese language will be an added advantage)
• Possess multi-tasking skills and work independently with minimum supervision
• A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to continually improve performance
• Result oriented and able to work under customized target requirements
• Ability to work productively in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
