<ins>ARCHIDEX</ins><ins> </ins>
ARCHIDEX is held across 4 days in Kuala Lumpur, and is South East Asia’s most successful annual industry trade event that has bridged industry professionals with world-class architects, influential speakers and exhibitors to gain insights on current developments.
Since its inception in 2000, ARCHIDEX has welcomed more than 540,000 local and international visitors from 109 countries, hosted over 7,200 local and international exhibitors from 20 countries, and brought over RM12.25 billion worth of business transactions.
ARCHIDEX is Jointly Organised with PAM (Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia), the national professional institute representing practicing architects in Malaysia.

<ins>HOMEDEC</ins>
Since 2003, HOMEDEC has walked alongside 20,000 exhibitors to guide more than 4 million homeowners.
A pioneer in home design and interior exhibitions and growing with Malaysians over the years, the exhibition features exciting life-sized show homes, dialogues, workshops and platforms for homeowners to gain insights from industry experts and exhibitors alongside great bargains.

<ins>ENGINEER</ins>
An event held under the umbrella of IEM Convention, ENGINEER is Malaysia’s first engineering and conference held across 4 days, focusing on the key technical divisions of Mechanical and Electrical, and Civil and Structural engineering.
Jointly organised with IEM (the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia), the national institute for practicing engineers, the exhibition aims to elevate the engineering industry in Malaysia and across the region by gathering engineering professionals and trade visitors to gain insights into cutting-edge solutions and advanced engineering technologies. Taking place simultaneously at ENGINEER is the concurrent exhibition – MARVEX.
IEM Convention will also encompass several thought-provoking forums, symposiums and conferences. C.I.S and IEM has also joined hands to jointly organise the concurrent inaugural KLEF (Kuala Lumpur Engineering Forum). These concurrent events aim to spark innovation, and tackle engineering’s challenges, besides providing opportunities for networking, learning, and shaping the future of engineering.

<ins>MARVEX</ins>
The Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration &amp; Ventilation Exhibition is a premier business and trade event for the primary source of Air-Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation and Refrigeration (ACMV&amp;R) stakeholders, while providing a unique platform for the growth and development of the industry in this region.
MARVEX is jointly organised by MACRA (Malaysian Air-Conditioning &amp; Refrigeration Association) with members from the ACMV&amp;R industry, including suppliers, manufacturers and traders.

<ins>RIX</ins>
The annual REKA Interiors Exhibition (RiX) is an event under the REKA Design Week by MIID, the national institute representing the interior design professionals in Malaysia.
The objective of RiX is to provide a platform for the interior industry players to exhibit its products and services to the ever-increasing market and showcase the latest developments for interior designers, architects, product designers, buyers and others.

<ins>ITEX</ins>
ITEX (The International Invention, Innovation &amp; Technology Exhibition) is an annual exhibition that features the best innovations from Asia and beyond. Initiated by MINDS (Malaysian Invention and Design Society) in 1989 as MINDEX, today ITEX is the region’s leading exhibition to showcase new inventions, technologies and products, targeted at securing investments, manufacturing and commercialisation prospects and partners.
The WYIE (World Young Inventors Exhibition), incorporating the AYIE (Asian Young Inventors Exhibitors) and the MYIE (Malaysian Young Inventors Exhibition), is held concurrently. This component aims to encourage STEM education among primary and secondary school students.

Responsibilities:

<li>To provide full spectrum of business, secretarial and administrative support with highly confidential to President on his daily tasks.</li>
<li>Maintain President's time schedule and schedule meetings and appointments for VIPs or visitors.</li>
<li>Handle travel and accommodation arrangement, e.g. visa application, flight and hotel reservations, preparation of itinerary, etc. for President.</li>
<li>To attend and prepare minutes of meeting with clients, suppliers and business.</li>
<li>Liaise effectively and professionally with management, colleague and business associates</li>
<li>Handle personal, private and matters professionally and confidentially&nbsp;</li>
<li>Deal with property agents, property management companies, contractors, suppliers, service providers</li>
<li>Handling a range of administrative tasks related to property management, including tenant correspondence, agreements, and maintenance scheduling</li>
<li>Ensure all documents are administered properly, file systematically for easy retrieval and maintain up-to-date information in files as necessary.</li>
<li>Willing to multitask and undertake special assignment, accept any other related duties assigned by management.</li>
</ul>

This job is a supportive role for the President, managing schedules, travel, and meetings. You might like this job because it requires strong multitasking skills and offers a chance to work closely with top executives while handling confidential matters.
