Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, documents) 
  •  Assist in payroll preparation (attendance, leave, allowances, reimbursements) 
  •  Handle employee benefits and basic training processes 
  • Maintain and manage physical and digital filing systems.
  •  Procure and manage office supplies 
  •  Liaise with vendors/maintenance/office-related matters 
  •  Assist in organizing company events and training arrangements 
  •  Assist in HR reports, employee attendance tracking, and document updates 


Job Requirements

  •  Basic understanding of HR processes 
  •  Good organizational and multitasking skills 
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) 
  •  Ability to speak and read Mandarin. 
  •  Responsible and detail-oriented 
  •  Willingness to learn 
  •  Collaborative and proactive attitude
