About the Role

We’re looking for a fast learner and highly motivated individual to join CAD Training Centre as a Business Admin.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build real skills in marketing, automation, and client communication in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

📞 Make calls and follow up with potential clients about our training courses.

💬 Handle daily WhatsApp and social media messages professionally.

📢 Execute marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, Email, and WhatsApp.

⚙️ Manage and monitor marketing automation and CRM systems (training provided).

🧾 Assist with marketing materials, reports, and coordination with the admin and trainer teams.

Requirements

-Fresh graduate (Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Comm, or related).

-Excellent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

-Able to work quickly and accurately under tight timelines.

-Stays calm and focused under pressure.

-Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking with clients.

-Tech-savvy and willing to learn about new marketing tools and automation systems.
