Job Description

 We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our automation, AI agent, and process improvement initiatives.

The intern will assist in setting up and maintaining workflow structures, performing system checks, testing AI tools, documenting processes, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity across the company.

The role is primarily focused on automation and AI. However, the intern may also support selected marketing campaigns, particularly in areas involving campaign automation, customer data, lead tracking, reporting, and follow-up processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up, testing, and supporting basic automation workflows and AI agents used in daily operations.
  • Monitor workflows and AI agents to ensure they run smoothly and capture data accurately.
  • Perform routine system checks and assist in troubleshooting workflow, integration, or data-related issues.
  • Review workflow logic, AI agent behaviour, and existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in improving repetitive and manual processes through basic automation and AI tools.
  • Research and recommend new AI tools, automation platforms, features, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Explore practical AI and automation use cases that may improve productivity, customer service, reporting, and internal operations.
  • Prepare simple reports, process maps, findings, and recommendations for management review.
  • Assist with selected marketing campaigns when required, including:
  • Setting up automated email or WhatsApp workflows
  • Organising campaign and customer data
  • Tracking leads, responses, and campaign performance
  • Supporting customer follow-up processes
  • Using AI tools to assist with campaign preparation
  • Preparing simple campaign reports and summaries
  • Support ongoing automation

Job Requirements

  • Strong interest in Simple Automation, AI agents, and improving business processes.
  • Enjoys logical thinking, testing tools, identifying problems, and finding practical solutions.
  • Comfortable conducting online research and documenting findings.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised, responsible, and attentive to detail.
  • Able to follow instructions, work independently, and adapt quickly.
  • Willing to support selected marketing campaign activities when required.
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as ChatGPT, Power Automate, Pabbly, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms would be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of email automation, WhatsApp campaigns, lead management, data tracking, or reporting would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, APIs, or workflow integrations would be an added advantage.
  • Able to commit to an internship period of 3–6 months.
  • Students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
