ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing & Customer Engagement Intern to join our team!

This internship is a great opportunity for students who want to gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and digital marketing.

You will work closely with our team to assist with customer enquiries, support marketing campaigns, and contribute creative ideas to promote our professional training programmes.

Don't worry if you have no prior experience! We will provide guidance and opportunities to learn throughout your internship.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

*Customer Engagement*

- Assist in responding to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls.

- Help provide information about our training programmes, schedules, and registrations.

- Assist with customer follow-ups and keep customer records organised.

*Marketing & Campaign Support*

- Assist the marketing team in planning and carrying out marketing campaigns.

- Contribute creative ideas for social media content and promotional activities.

- Support digital marketing and social media activities.

- Help prepare simple marketing materials and promotional content.

*Coordination & Research*

- Assist with coordinating marketing activities and ongoing projects.

- Help keep track of assigned tasks and deadlines.

- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

- Support other marketing-related tasks assigned by the team.

- Puchong: Able to reliably commute or willing to relocate before starting work (Preferred).

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

- Currently pursuing a *Diploma or Bachelor's Degree* in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

- Interested in marketing, social media, and customer engagement.

- Creative, responsible, and willing to learn.

- Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- *No prior working experience is required.*
