Job Description
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for client accounts
- Support content creation (captions, short videos, graphics) across social platforms
- Help monitor campaign/ad performance and compile basic reports
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research
- Assist with client onboarding documentation and proposal materials
- Coordinate with content creators and internal team members on deliverables
- Support general marketing operations and admin tasks across multiple client accounts
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, and business growth
- Basic understanding of social media and e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Good written and spoken English; Mandarin/Malay is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months
- Based in or willing to travel to Penang
