You will play an important role, such as:

• Provide technical support to customers using SOLIDWORKS, addressing software issues and resolving technical queries.
• Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities by delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Assist customers in post-sales activities by implementing and integrating SOLIDWORKS into their workflows.
• Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their proficiency with SOLIDWORKS.
• Create detailed documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and support reports.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Requirements

Who are we looking for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Understanding of engineering principles and design workflows.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools and related technologies. Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS software and its applications is an added advantage.
• Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to articulate engineering information in a understandable context.
• Ability to create and organize work documentation.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to travel is required.
• Priority is given to Singaporean candidates to better serve local-sensitive customers who often require or prefer a Singaporean Application Engineer for regulatory and trust reasons.
• Certification in SOLIDWORKS (e.g., CSWA, CSWP) is highly desirable.
