Job Description

1. Perform proactive functions and build positive customer relation to increase customer retention, loyalty, satisfaction. 
2. Ensure the value of the products and services to customer get delivered and optimizing the applications.    
3. Develop and conduct technical presentation & demostration to prospective clients engaged in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM/ERP/MES application.    
4. Uncover in-depth requirements from consulting with customers to find out best solutions.
5. Work closely with marketing team, develop technical contents and provide technical assistant.
6. Provide feedback and execute improvement program on new or existing customer requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience/knowledge in Project Management, Data Management, Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) or Simulation is an added advantage
