Job Description:

Business Operation Intern: Looking for hands-on experience in business operations? Join us as a Business Operation Intern, where you'll gain knowledge and practical exposure with training provided. 

Your key responsibilities:

1. Assist in gathering information about software and subscription entitlement usage.
2. Assist in obtaining feedback on the Customer Satisfaction Scores.
3. Reminding/Informing existing customers about the subscription renewal period
4. Obtain the customer's renewal decision and keep track of the renewal status of the customer's subscription.
5. Assist in the response/escalation of customer inquiries and concerns directly in order to make sure that they are addressed.
6. Ensure CRM asset information is up to date.
7. Provide regular reports to team leader.
8. Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required by the team leade.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Business Admin/Analytic/International Business etc.
2. Internship period start from April or May.
3. Proactive and good attitude
