Job Description

1. Developing and accomplishing a region lead generation plan to achieve monthly or annual targets.
2. Establish for new account development by seeking out key decision makers of targeted companies.
3. Follow up with prospects on regular/scheduled basis to secure deals at the earliest.
4. Understand and explore prospects’ needs and budget to promote a suitable product or package for assisting in their business’ needs
5. Use CRM system to prospect for new clients.
6. Provide activity summary report daily to team lead.

Job Requirements

1. Preferable 1 - 2 years of working experience
2. Preferable cdds have B2B sales experience 
3. Preferable candidate from software or technology industry which sounds IT.
4. Strong work ethic
5. Easily adaptable to fast-paced environment
6. Eager and motivated to make a difference to the engineering community.
7. Good communication and inter-personal skills
8. High integrity and respect for others
9. Required language(s): English
10. Required Skill(s): Good in Phone Selling
