Job Description
- Assist Sales Team by follow up the sales lead through email correspondence and phone communication.
- Assist to get customer requirement and providing solution after get advice from superior
- Assist on organize, plan and proper scheduling of sales activities
- Follow up with prospects on regular/scheduled basis to secure deals soonest
- Listen and probe prospect needs and escalate to the respective person
- Support customer by guiding them through online purchasing system
- Familiar yourself with CRM systems and use it well to update customer information
- Provide activity summary report at and of every working day to team lead
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing set targets
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
- Required language(s): English
- Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- 2 Internship position(s) for duration of 3-12 month(s)
- We will give them monthly wages per intern plus you will enjoy entitlement annual leave and medical leave.
- Medical, Optical, Dental and Fitness claim will be provided to interns as well!
