Key Responsibilities

•        Lead full project lifecycle for ERP, MES, or PLM implementations (planning execution delivery)
•        Manage project scope, timeline, cost, and quality to ensure successful outcomes
•        Coordinate with regional stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
•        Drive requirements gathering, solution alignment, and process improvements
•        Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution
•        Ensure strong governance, documentation, and reporting standards
•        Foster strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
•        Support continuous improvement of project management methodologies and processes

Job Requirements

Hiring: Project Manager (ERP / MES / PLM) | Kuala Lumpur | ASEAN Exposure

We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead ERP, MES, or PLM implementations across the ASEAN region — ideal for someone ready to step up, grow fast, and gain regional exposure.

Preferred Qualifications:• Possess a diploma or degree in IT, engineering, or related disciplines• Familiarity with leading platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes, etc.• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage (not mandatory)• Experience working in consulting or system integration (SI) environments is preferred

Requirements:• 3–8 years of experience in project management or system implementation roles• Proven track record of delivering at least 2 successful ERP, MES, or PLM projects• Exposure to regional or multi-country projects is a strong advantage• Strong understanding of business processes, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills• High emotional intelligence (EQ) with strong leadership presence• Able to bring positive energy and confidence to the team• Disciplined, resilient, and adaptable in dynamic environments• Strategic thinker with a structured and process-oriented mindset• Willingness to travel within ASEAN
