Job Description
We are an online kitchen where customer placed their order online.
- Communicate Customer Enquiry via Whatsapp, Social Media, Phone Calls
- Handle Delivery order and Packaging
- Handle Complaint with appropriate solutions
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Operation Efficiency
- Communicate with Production Team to Ensure Operation Efficiency
Monday to Saturday 8 to 6pm , Sunday off (5 working Days)

Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
- Welcome customers warmly, explain product options, and answer questions about ingredients and availability.
- Handle phone support and walk-in customer inquiries clearly and politely.
Order & Fulfillment
- Take orders accurately in person and via phone, enter them into the POS or order system, and confirm details.
- Pack orders with care, check presentation before handover, and ensure timely pickup or delivery handoff.
Shop Support
- Process payments and basic cash handling, and keep the counter and displays tidy during shifts.
- Assist the kitchen and restock items during busy periods, and follow food safety and hygiene rules.
