Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Content Production

• Create short-form videos and vertical edits for social channels, from concept to final cut.
• Shoot product and lifestyle photos that highlight texture, colour, and serving suggestions.

Post Production & Design

• Edit footage with attention to rhythm and pacing, and produce motion graphics for captions and intros using common tools.
• Design static assets and story templates for daily posts and campaign launches, and keep source files organised.

Campaigns & Distribution

• Work closely with bakers and marketing to schedule content, adapt formats for platforms, and support campaign rollouts.
• Manage a simple asset library so team members can find and reuse visuals quickly.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Approximately 0 years of professional experience; fresh graduates and portfolio-led applicants are welcome.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating video edits, short-form social clips, or graphic design work.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Video Editing, Digital Video, and Graphic Design skills for social-first content.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, plus basic camera operation and lighting.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Organised with good time management to meet tight content deadlines.
• Open to feedback, curious to learn, and comfortable working on shoots with small teams.
