As a Sales Executive, your job is not to push products.
Your role is to:
<ul>
<li>Understand SME business problems</li>
<li>Qualify leads properly</li>
<li>Manage inbound and outbound opportunities</li>
<li>Coordinate with our technical team</li>
<li>Build long-term customer relationships</li>
</ul>
You will be trained to sell responsibly in the accounting + software domain.

1️⃣ Manage Inbound Leads
<ul>
<li>Follow up on SEO / SEM / referral enquiries</li>
<li>Qualify prospects properly</li>
<li>Ensure no lead is left unattended</li>
</ul>
2️⃣ Conduct Discovery &amp; Qualification
<ul>
<li>Understand client business model and pain points</li>
<li>Gather structured customer information</li>
<li>Decide whether to Proceed / Park / Drop</li>
<li>Record all information clearly in CRM</li>
</ul>
3️⃣ Arrange &amp; Support Technical Meetings
<ul>
<li>Prepare meeting summaries</li>
<li>Join discussions with founder/technical team</li>
<li>Capture next steps and objections</li>
</ul>
4️⃣ Proposal &amp; Follow-Up
<ul>
<li>Issue quotations within approved scope</li>
<li>Follow up consistently until closure</li>
<li>Ensure all updates are logged in CRM</li>
</ul>
5️⃣ Post-Sale Coordination
<ul>
<li>Ensure clean handover to implementation team</li>
<li>Follow up on payments</li>
<li>Check customer satisfaction&nbsp;</li>
