About CALTRiX

  • CALTRiX is a modern, tech-driven cloud accounting and digital implementation firm under Amis Group of Companies.
  • We help SMEs adopt cloud accounting, automation, and e-Invoicing solutions — primarily using Xero.
  • We are building a structured, long-term sales engine — not a short-term closing team.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, your job is not to push products.

Your role is to:

  • Understand SME business problems
  • Qualify leads properly
  • Manage inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Coordinate with our technical team
  • Build long-term customer relationships

You will be trained to sell responsibly in the accounting + software domain.

What You Will Do

1️⃣ Manage Inbound Leads

  • Follow up on SEO / SEM / referral enquiries
  • Qualify prospects properly
  • Ensure no lead is left unattended

2️⃣ Conduct Discovery & Qualification

  • Understand client business model and pain points
  • Gather structured customer information
  • Decide whether to Proceed / Park / Drop
  • Record all information clearly in CRM

3️⃣ Arrange & Support Technical Meetings

  • Prepare meeting summaries
  • Join discussions with founder/technical team
  • Capture next steps and objections

4️⃣ Proposal & Follow-Up

  • Issue quotations within approved scope
  • Follow up consistently until closure
  • Ensure all updates are logged in CRM

5️⃣ Post-Sale Coordination

  • Ensure clean handover to implementation team
  • Follow up on payments
  • Check customer satisfaction 

You are not required to perform accounting or technical implementation work.

Income Structure

  • Base salary (RM3k–RM5k depending on experience)
  • Service-based commission (progressive structure)
  • Performance bonus (up to 2 months based on company & individual performance)
  • EPF / SOCSO / EIS provided

Clear growth pathway to Senior Sales / Account Manager / Sales Lead.

Working Arrangement

  • 5 working days
  • Hybrid mode (3 WFH, 2 Office)
  • Structured onboarding and training provided

Job Requirements

We are open to fresh graduates.

Preferred Background:

  • Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates with 1–2 years sales experience may apply

Required Traits:

  • Strong willingness to learn complex topics
  • Good communication in English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Organized and disciplined
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners
  • Not afraid of structured follow-up

  • This is not a “quick commission” role.
